EVE ASTRELLA MILLER
ARTIST STATEMENT
Through visual art, I attempt to communicate my fixation with what I can best describe as a dark and twisted sublime that accompanies the 21st century experience. I am interested in the limits of human perception and what could lie beyond the senses. My artistic practice is a channel for exploring social phenomena and patterns, branching into niches such as chance, instinct, superstition, liminality, and transcendence. I enjoy approaching my art as a mental challenge, attempting to capture elusive moments and in-between states where words fail to describe their true experiential depth.
BIOGRAPHY
Eve Miller (she/her) is an emerging interdisciplinary artist and arts professional based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati in 2025. She currently works as an art content specialist at Everything But The House and spends much of her free-time continuing to develop her personal art practice. Notable projects Eve has contributed to include Reclaimed Runways by Flora & Flair, 1001 Colors' New Monuments Initiative, and the Correyville Recreation Center mural with CHCURC. She enjoys collaborative art projects and hopes to continue to grow her involvement in Cincinnati's thriving creative community.
